11/6/2006 - Burns & Levinson Canada Co. to host TSX Venture Exchange Seminar
Boston, MA – Burns & Levinson Canada Co., a subsidiary of the Boston-based leading law firm, Burns & Levinson LLP, announces that they will partner with Canaccord Adams, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the TSX Venture Exchange to produce the seminar, Accessing Capital Through TSX Venture Exchange. The seminar will be held on November 16, 2006 at the law offices of Burns & Levinson.
The seminar will begin with a networking breakfast and presentation by Kevan Cowan of TSX Venture Exchange, where he will give an "Overview of Canadian Capital Markets and Basics of Going Public." The presentation will be followed by a discussion with a panel of experts and another presentation, "The Company's Perspective" by Richard McGraw of Feel Good Cars Corporation. The seminar will conclude with a networking lunch.
